The Photo Workshop section is now full. Signups are still being accepted for the Horse Drive Photo Shoot.

Sunday, May 2- Sombrero Ranch Shoot Participants check in
Check in between 6:00 - 7:00 PM for your registration packet and schedule of events and directions to the ranch. Snacks will be available while you have the chance to meet up with old friends and make new ones!

Monday & Tuesday, May 3 & 4- Sombrero Photo Workshop
Cowboys and Horses
We will spend two full days at Sombrero Ranch with exclusive access to a group of cowboys and cowgirls and a large herd of horses. We will be able to set up shoots and photograph the cowboys as they go about their work. Scott Trees will lead various sessions at the ranch. Photo ops and set ups will include roping, herd drives, water crossings, work in the corrals, portraits, detail shoots, extreme action and lighting. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Campfire Happy Hour included.

Wednesday, May 5
Free day to prepare for the photo reviews and explore the nearby Sandwash Wild Horse Range.

NEW this year! By special invitation photographers may go for a two hour trail ride with the cowboys and wranglers on Wednesday afternoon at Sombrero Ranch and enjoy a meal at the ranch afterward. This is the perfect opportunity to see some of the vast back country surrounding the ranch from horseback!

Thursday, May 6
Discussions, Photo and Portfolio Reviews, Guest Speakers

Lunch and dinner included.

Evening photo reviews with the Sombrero crew!

Cost Details
Members Workshop: Includes all activities, speakers and meals: $895

Members Workshop plus Wednesday Trail Ride and dinner at the Ranch: $995

Horse Drive only: $895

Participate in both the workshop and the Horse Drive for a discounted rate: $1695

Workshop, Horse Drive and Wednesday Trail Ride: $1795

No partial days will be offered.

Space is limited. Advance deposits are encouraged to reserve your spot. Registration and payment in full must be received by April 30, 2010.

Lodging
The workshop includes all meals, snacks and drinks. Lodging is on your own.

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. Candlewood Suites in Craig is a new "all suites" hotel, offering kitchens in every room, a business center with complimentary computer, copier and fax use, on-site free guest laundry facility, on-site fitness center and free High Speed Internet Access. The rooms are regularly $179, but conference attendees receive a special $99 and $119 rate by calling 970-824-8400. Ask for the EPNet Conference Block. This rate is only good until April 2nd.

Transportation & Directions
The closest airport is Yampa Valley Regional Airport (use airport code "HDN"). It is the only commercial service airport serving all of Northwest Colorado - some travel sites call it Steamboat Springs or Hayden Airport.

The airport is located approximately 20 minutes from Craig. There is a taxi service available, All Around Taxi, 970-824-1177 in Craig. You may call them a day ahead of time to notify them of your flight information and they will be waiting for you.

Once you arrive in Craig, you will be able to share rides to the events with other members. Transportation will be provided during the Drive event.

What to Bring:
• Camera and film or digital media, a variety of lenses from wide to telephoto is recommended.
• Spare batteries
• Photos/Portfolio for review
• Laptop to review your work
• Rain Gear and comfortable walking shoes, be prepared for rugged terrain and extremes of weather - snow is possible
